Amazing facility. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The storage units are accessible via large elevators at main entrance - saves on moving time/effort and can accommodate bulky items like couches. The facility is very very clean. Washrooms are available on each floor for those of us who drink too much coffee and can't remember where we packed that item. Security is excellent with access only to the floor where your unit is located, staff monitoring, and lights to indicate if your unit has been securely locked. Prices are competitive and a steal when on sale.

I had never had a storage unit before, but after downsizing from a house to a townhouse, clearly I needed more storage space, at least temporarily. I googled 'storage near me' and found that NationWide on King George in Surrey was surprisingly close to my new place. I dropped in to see what 'getting a storage locker could look like' and luckily Susan was working that day. She showed me the facility and answered all my questions so thoroughly and patiently that I decided to sign up immediately and start bringing things over so that I could park in my single car garage, instead of it being full of random boxes.
Susan really made the difference for me. I do not imagine it is easy to find such competent and dedicated employees anymore, so kudos to Susan and to NationWide.
The facility is super clean and modern, and you get access thru an app on your phone.

My Experience with Nationwide Self Storage has been amazing. The facility is new and very well managed, the use of keyless entry is a blessing. This means addition expenses like locks do not have to be purchased which helps me. The Storage facility and the surrounding area is clean and spotless.
