What’s next?

Once the locker size you requested becomes available, we will contact you by phone and/or email to let you know it’s available.

You will need to reply to the email or call back in 48 hrs., letting us know you would like to have us reserve the locker for you or to cancel your request.

Once reserved, your free storage unit reservation will be held for 7 days.

We will also let you know what you will need when you come in to set up and process the locker rental.

Our location team will also email you information about your reservation and rental process.
